Kidlington Logo Competition

?? Kidlington Logo Competition – Thank You to All Entrants! ??

Earlier this year, Kidlington Parish Council invited local schoolchildren to take part in a Logo Design Competition to help us create a new emblem for the Council.

We asked pupils to base their designs on Kidlington’s rich history — particularly its link to fruit trees, reflecting our green and growing heritage. We also requested the use of green and gold, which we hope will become the new colours of the Council’s website and branding.

We were thrilled to receive some wonderful and imaginative entries, and the creativity shown by the children has truly impressed us.

?? The winning logo will be announced at the Gala Day on Saturday, 19th July, where it will be displayed alongside the other fantastic entries we received. We hope you’ll come along and see the amazing talent from our local schools!

?? A big thank you to the schools that supported this initiative and encouraged their pupils to take part:
North Kidlington, Edward Feild, St Thomas More, and West Kidlington — we truly appreciate your involvement.

?? We’re proud to involve our younger residents in shaping the future image of Kidlington. Stay tuned and join us at Gala Day for the big reveal!
