| How can I get an allotment? |

You need to be a Kidlington Resident. We have 5 sites around the village with long waiting lists for each site. Please contact Carol Sheppard in the Parish Office on 01865 372143 to add your name to the list. |
| A street light has gone out – what should I do? |

There will be a street lamp number on the street lamp. Make a note of this and ring the free number 0800 317802. You can also e-mail: streetlighting@oxfordshire.gov.uk. More information can be found at www.oxfordshire.gov.uk |
| Who do I report problems with a play area to? |

If you notice some play equipment that is broken or glass in one of the play areas, please ring the Parish Ranger, Jayne Hancox on 07877 874323 or the Open Spaces Manager on 07887 874324. |
| How do I get a bus pass? |

You must be 60 years or over to qualify. Please contact Cherwell District Council on 01295 252535 or come into the Cherwell District Council office in Exeter Hall (open 5 days a week). |
| How can I book Exeter Hall or Stratfield Brake? |

| I want some old furniture collected – how can I arrange this? |

Cherwell District Council can arrange special collections for unwanted large items such as furniture or those that will need special disposal treatment (e.g. refrigerators). Householders can book a bulky waste collection in advance and there is a charge for the collection. Please ring 01295 252535 for further information. |
| How can I view a planning application? |

The Parish Council has a copy of all planning applications for Kidlington. Please call into the Exeter Hall office with the address of the application. If you have received a letter informing you of an application from Cherwell District Council, please wait a few days before coming in to view an application. |
| How do I report a problem with a tree an overgrown hedge or grass cutting? |

This can be a difficult area as various bodies own and are responsible for various areas. In the first instance contact the Parish Council Open Spaces Manager Lee Hancox, on 07887 874324. |
